La Colombiana Hamburger was born in August 2020 on the back porch of founder Maria Leon Rodriguez’s home. What started as a small idea inspired by a love for Colombian street food quickly became a mission: sharing the authentic flavors of Colombia with our community.
With the support of our customers, we opened our doors inside the Fitchburg Public Market in August 2024. Today, we continue to grow with the same passion that started it all, bringing Colombian culture, tradition, and flavor to every plate.
